Terms of Use

These terms govern your access to and use of Ticket Capital and any purchase of tickets through our platform.

Last updated: 16 June 2026

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of tickets from ticket-capital.com, operated by TICKET CAPITAL - FZCO (“Ticket Capital”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully and save a copy.

1. Who we are

TICKET CAPITAL - FZCO, a Free Zone Company registered in the United Arab Emirates, Trade Licence No. 49666 (DIEZA / IFZA), registered at IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO-IFZA), Dubai, UAE. Contact: support@ticket-capital.com.

2. About our tickets — own-stock resale

Ticket Capital is a resale platform that sells tickets from its own inventory. We are the seller of the tickets listed on this site; we are not a peer-to-peer marketplace and we do not act as an agent or intermediary between other buyers and sellers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any event organiser, venue, primary ticket seller, performer, or sports team. Ticket prices are set by us and may be above or below the original face value.

3. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to buy from us. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably believe this is not the case.

4. Prices, fees and all-in pricing

  • All prices are shown in euro (EUR).
  • A buyer fee of 8% is added to the ticket price.
  • The total price you pay — ticket price, buyer fee, and any applicable delivery charge — is shown to you in full before you confirm your order and before payment. There are no hidden or drip-fed charges added later. The price you confirm at checkout is the price you pay.

5. Placing an order and payment

  • Your order is an offer to buy the tickets at the price shown. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.
  • Payment is taken at the time of order by card through our payment provider, Stripe. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
  • We may cancel an order and refund you if it was placed in error, if the ticket was mispriced or unavailable, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or breach of these Terms.

6. Buyer Guarantee — valid tickets, authenticity, replacement or refund

We want you to buy with confidence. We guarantee that:

  • Valid tickets — the tickets we deliver will be valid for entry to the event you ordered;
  • In time for the event — you will receive your tickets in time for the event;
  • As described — the tickets you receive will be the tickets you ordered, or equivalent or better tickets.

If we cannot meet this guarantee — for example, if we cannot deliver valid tickets, or equivalent or better tickets, in time for the event — we will, at our choice, either provide you with comparable or better replacement tickets at no extra cost, or give you a full refund of the amount you paid. You can see the full terms of this commitment on our Ticket Capital Guarantee page.

7. Delivery and delivery timelines

  • Tickets are delivered by the method and within the timeframe stated on your order confirmation.
  • Last-minute delivery is normal for resale tickets. Some tickets are released by the venue, primary platform, or transfer system only close to the event date. Where this applies, we deliver as soon as the tickets are released, and always in time for the event as covered by our Buyer Guarantee. A later-than-expected delivery date does not, by itself, mean anything is wrong with your order.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details (including the correct email/account for mobile or transfer tickets). We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect details you gave us.

8. Event cancellation, postponement and rescheduling

  • Cancelled event (not rescheduled) — if the event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
  • Postponed or rescheduled event — your tickets normally remain valid for the new date and we do not provide a refund in that case, unless the event organiser invalidates the original tickets, in which case we provide replacement tickets or a refund under our Buyer Guarantee.
  • You may be required to retain your tickets and follow our instructions (e.g. returning or not using them) before any refund for a cancelled event is processed.

Mandatory consumer rights may give an EU buyer broader rights than this clause in some member states; this clause does not override them (see sections 17 and 18).

9. Your right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off) — and the event-ticket exemption

Event tickets are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off (withdrawal) right. Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase does not apply to contracts for services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. Event tickets fall within this exemption. This means that once your order is confirmed, you do not have an automatic right to cancel or to a refund simply because you changed your mind.

Your statutory rights are not affected. You remain entitled to a refund where our Buyer Guarantee applies, or where the event is cancelled (see sections 6 and 8).

10. Your responsibilities and prohibited conduct

You agree that you will not:

  • provide false, inaccurate or misleading information, or use another person’s payment method without authorisation;
  • use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, or to facilitate fraud or money laundering;
  • attempt to bypass, probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the site, our security, or our systems, or use bots/automated means to place orders;
  • resell tickets bought from us in breach of any applicable resale restriction, or breach the event organiser’s or venue’s terms of entry; or
  • abuse the chargeback or refund process (see section 11).

You must comply with the event organiser’s and venue’s terms of entry. Some events impose conditions (such as ID checks, name changes, or non-transferability) that are outside our control. Where we are aware of a material restriction, we will tell you before you buy.

11. Chargebacks and fraud

If you believe there is a problem with your order, contact us first at support@ticket-capital.com so we can resolve it under our Buyer Guarantee. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us — particularly where we have delivered valid tickets or offered a refund or replacement — may be treated as a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent orders, to refuse or cancel orders, and to suspend accounts involved in payment fraud or chargeback abuse.

12. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or close your account, and/or refuse or cancel orders, if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful use, or where required by law. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will give you notice. Suspending or closing an account does not affect refunds already due to you for undelivered or cancelled orders.

13. Intellectual property

The Ticket Capital name, logo, branding (“Powered by Ticket Capital Tec”), website design, text, and content are owned by or licensed to TICKET CAPITAL - FZCO and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the site only to browse and buy tickets for your own use. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or use our content or branding without our written permission. Event, artist, team and venue names and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the tickets offered.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, failure of utilities, internet or payment infrastructure, government action, or the cancellation, closure or restriction of an event or venue by an authority or organiser. Where such an event prevents delivery, your Buyer Guarantee and event-cancellation rights in sections 6 and 8 still apply.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be limited under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

Subject to that:

  • our total aggregate liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order;
  • we are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for your travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred in connection with attending an event, except to the extent required by mandatory law; and
  • we are not responsible for the conduct of event organisers or venues, or for an event’s content, quality, cancellation, or rescheduling, beyond the refund and guarantee obligations in these Terms.

16. Indemnity

You agree to reimburse us for any reasonable losses, costs or claims we suffer that are directly caused by your breach of these Terms or your unlawful or fraudulent use of the site. This does not apply to anything caused by our own breach or negligence, and does not affect your mandatory rights as a consumer.

17. Complaints and dispute resolution

  • Complaints first — please contact support@ticket-capital.com with your order reference. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them fairly.
  • EU consumers — your protections are preserved — nothing in these Terms deprives you of the mandatory consumer-protection rights, or the right to bring proceedings in the courts, of your country of residence in the EU (see section 18).
  • Out-of-court dispute resolution — if we cannot resolve your complaint directly, you may be able to refer it to a national consumer body or out-of-court alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme in your country of residence.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. However, nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence. Where you are an EU-resident consumer, you continue to benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts, regardless of the governing-law choice above.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this site when you place your order. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
